Campus Information
Spectrum prides itself on providing students with a welcoming learning environment. The curriculum, facilities, equipment & learning resources are all up to date & innovative. Student Accommodation situated within the same building as the campus, equipped with an infinity pool, gymnasium, computer lab, futsal court & other facilities to accommodate a modern lifestyle.
Accomodation
Spectrum International College of Technology arranges for accommodation for students from other states or countries. Pleasant apartment units in a setting are within walking distance of the college, malls, food courts and public transportation.
Each unit consists of 3 rooms that are rented out on a single and twin sharing basis. Each resident is provided with a single bed, a mattress, bed sheet, a study table, chair and a cupboard. Each room also comes equipped with a ceiling fan and curtains with air-conditioning as an option. Every fully furnished apartment unit has a living area, and kitchen.
Only students duly registered in any of the programmes conducted by Spectrum may apply for accommodation. Rooms are allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Application booking fee must reach the Management Office at least 1 month before arrival. The tenancy will be on a year/course basis unless otherwise agreed. Cancellation / Termination for any reason will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
