The Sheffield Hallam University (SHU) is a higher education institution which is established in 1843 in the UK’s as the most modern and innovative university. It is located in South Yorkshire, with two sites in Sheffield. SHU characteristics itself on making a difference, to the students, staff and to the businesses the university works with. The research and business ideas contribute to the economic and social development of the region and the UK. It is UK’s fourth largest university, it contains over 572 courses, 33,000 students and 4,360 staff.
SHU consists of four faculties, these are as followed; faculty of Arts, Computing, Engineering and Sciences, the Faculty of Development and Society, the Faculty of Health and Wellbeing, and the Sheffield Business School.
