About
Double Major in Management and Human Resource Management.
This course equips students with the skills needed for a career in management or human resource management. The Management aspect of this course braces students for challeges in the business environment, such as the relationship between people and organisations, performance, change, innovation and technology.
Topics such as staff selection, promotion, learning and development, and remuneration are covered by the Human Resource Management aspect. Students will discover how to engage a highly committed and capable workforce to operate effectively in the global business world.
